She is known for her ability to anticipate stakeholder concerns and deliver forward-thinking strategies that protect and enhance corporate reputation.

As a co-founder of Morgen-Walke Associates, Lynn helped build the firm into the largest independent investor relations consultancy in the U.S., with offices nationwide and in Europe. Following its acquisition by a private equity firm, she continued to be recognized as one of the most experienced voices in the field.

Lynn’s deep relationships across the buy- and sell-side investment communities give her unique insight into market trends and investor expectations—knowledge she leverages to help companies communicate with clarity, credibility, and impact. Her experience spans public and pre-public companies across a wide range of industries.

She has been featured in publications including the Wall Street Journal and New York Times, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Fedcap, a leading nonprofit focused on workforce development for individuals facing employment barriers.

Lynn earned her B.A. from the City College of New York (CCNY).
