Eric is a Senior Director at AdvisIRy Partners with over 20 years of experience in investor communications and capital markets strategy. He began his career as a sell-side equity research analyst, where he became one of the earliest to focus on the recycling industry—helping to broaden investor interest in sustainability themes such as green building and energy efficiency.

Eric later served as head of investor relations for a fast-growing, NYSE-listed global performance materials company, where he led strategic communications and stakeholder engagement. His deep expertise lies in crafting clear, compelling narratives that resonate with investors and align with long-term business goals.

Eric holds a B.A. from Carleton College and is a CFA® charterholder.
