David Gold, CFA

David Gold brings a rare combination of financial acumen and forward thinking to his advisory work, shaped by a distinguished career spanning more than two decades on Wall Street. As a Senior Equity Analyst at Sidoti & Company—the largest small-cap equity research boutique in the U.S.—David consistently ranked among the firm's top analysts, with coverage across Business Services, Real Estate, and IT Services.

During his tenure at Sidoti, David led nearly 1,000 non-deal roadshows for public companies, helping management teams connect with leading institutional investors. His insights earned frequent recognition from top investment firms including Fidelity, T. Rowe Price, and Wellington Management. David has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, BusinessWeek, and other major media outlets.

A long-time supporter of philanthropic and public service efforts, David has served on the boards of various nonprofits for over 20 years. He is currently vice-chairman of the Centurion Foundation, which supports public safety initiatives, and a board member of Metropolitan Commercial Bank (NYSE: MCB), where he contributes to key committees including audit, credit, corporate governance, asset recovery and risk management.

David holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. He earned a B.S. in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
